Terms of Use & License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon completing your purchase of the Digital Reimagery Studio Blueprint ("the Product"), you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or business purposes. This license permits you to:

• Duplicate and use the included Google AI Studio app template on your own Google account
• Use the included prompts, guides, templates, and frameworks in your own business operations
• Generate AI visualizations for your clients using the provided prompt structures
• Customize the Before/After deck template with your own branding and images
• Adapt the disclosure language and tier structures for your specific business needs

2. Restrictions — What You May NOT Do

This license strictly prohibits the following activities:

• No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, give away, or otherwise distribute the Product or any portion of it to any third party, whether for free or for compensation.
• No Repackaging: You may not repackage, rebrand, or create derivative products based on the Product for the purpose of selling or distributing them as your own product or service.
• No Sharing of Access: You may not share your purchase access, download links, duplication links, or any files included in the Product with anyone who has not purchased their own license.
• No Competing Products: You may not use the Product's content, structure, or methodology to create a competing product, course, template pack, or similar offering.
• No Bulk or Team Use: Each license is for a single user. If multiple team members need access, each must purchase their own license.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Product — including but not limited to prompt structures, guide text, workflow systems, tier frameworks, disclosure templates, and presentation templates — is the intellectual property of the Product creator. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with the creator.

4. Third-Party Services

The Product is designed to work with Google AI Studio, a third-party service provided by Google LLC. Your use of Google AI Studio is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and usage policies. The Product creator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. You are solely responsible for your own Google account, API usage, and any associated costs. The Product creator has no access to and assumes no liability for your Google account or API usage.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Product creator does not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using the Product. AI-generated visualizations are for illustrative purposes and should not be represented as actual construction plans or guaranteed outcomes. Results will vary based on input quality, prompt usage, and market conditions.

6. NOT LEGAL ADVICE

The disclosure language, disclaimer templates, and any legal-adjacent content included in this Product are provided as general informational templates only and do NOT constitute legal advice. You should consult your own qualified legal professional to review and adapt any and all templates, disclaimers, and disclosures before using them in your business. The Product creator assumes no liability for your use of these templates. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate access to all deliverables upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, please contact support for assistance.

8. Enforcement

Violation of these terms — including unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sharing — may result in immediate revocation of your license, legal action, and pursuit of damages. The Product creator reserves the right to enforce these terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Acceptance

By completing your purchase of the Digital Reimagery Studio Blueprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and License Agreement.
